This Privacy Policy explains how Looma Rae Digital Business Studio collects and uses your personal data when you visit coachandbusiness.loomarae.com or buy a digital product from us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law.

2. Visiting our website (hosting)

Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit it, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser and operating system, and the referring website. We need this data to show the website safely and to keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after a short period. We have a data processing agreement with Hostinger.

3. Buying a product

When you buy a product, we process your name, email address, billing address (if requested), order details and payment status. We need this data to fulfil the contract, deliver your download and send your invoice (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We keep invoices and order records for the periods required by German tax and commercial law (up to 10 years, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

4. Payment

Payments are processed by external payment providers, for example Stripe or PayPal. You enter your payment details directly with the provider; we do not see or store your full card or bank details. The provider's own privacy policy applies to that processing. Some providers may process data outside the EU; they use safeguards approved by the EU, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Payhip

Some of our products are also sold through Payhip (Payhip Ltd., United Kingdom). If you buy through Payhip, Payhip processes your order and payment data and delivers your download. The UK has an EU adequacy decision. Payhip's privacy policy applies.

6. Contact by email or contact form

When you contact us, we process your message and contact details to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We delete this data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.

7. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news and offers, only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

8. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies so that the shop and checkout work (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) TDDDG). We only use cookies for analytics or marketing if you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

- get information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)

- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)

- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)

- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

- receive your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR)

- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

- withdraw any consent you gave, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
