REFUND POLICY

All products from Looma Rae Digital Business Studio are digital products (templates, files and downloads). Once you have access to the files, they cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.

1. No refunds, no exchanges

Please read the product description carefully before you buy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, bought the wrong product, no longer need it, or do not have the software to open it (for example Canva, a PDF reader or Excel).

2. Wrong or faulty files: we send corrected files

If you received the wrong product, or a file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened, we will fix it. Please email us at mutebacarmen@gmail.com as soon as you notice the problem, with:

- your order number

- the product name

- a short description or screenshot of the problem

We will check your message and send you the correct or corrected files, usually within 3 working days. This replacement is our remedy for faulty or wrong files.

3. EU customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, this right ends once the download or access has started, if you have expressly agreed at checkout that delivery starts immediately and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout before you pay. Details are in our Terms & Conditions, section 6.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights for defective digital products. If we cannot fix a defect by sending corrected files, the statutory rules apply.
